Those who need insurance for their packages, please contact us before making your payment. Seller does not responsible for custom tax, import duty or any charges incurred in your country if any.
• We normally ship orders within 24 hours upon full payment received except on Sunday and Public holidays. Should there be any delivery delay, we will surely notify buyers through eBay messaging system. FedEx or EMS tracking numbers will be added to PayPal transaction record and buyers will be notified after an item is shipped. FedEx or EMS Express normally take 4-6 days to reach our buyers. However, the transit time may be vary from your locations and subject to custom clearance and public holidays which are out of the seller's control.
• Strictly no fakes in our listings! We always guarantee our items to be 100% authentic or full money back. If you are in doubt about our items listed on eBay, you may get them authenticated on The Purse Forum or other professional authenticators such as MyPoupette for a fee. If proven our item sold is not authentic, we will issue full refund upon item returned in original condition with our security seal attached & uncut as it was shipped. All sales are final.
